             Assalamualaikum...


Anger is the part of yourself that loves you the most.

It knows when you are being mistreated, neglected, disrespected.

It signals that you have to take a step out of a place that doesn't do you justice.

It makes you aware that you need to leave a room, a job, a relationship, old patterns that don't work for you anymore.

Learn to listen to your anger and make it your best friend.

Then it'll leave...

Lately, fikiran rasa serabut. And I found this on IG.
So semalam, lepas hantar anak -anak ke sekolah, terus pergi ke pantai.

Buka selipar. 
Berjalan dengan berkaki ayam sepanjang pantai.

Alhamdulillah, rasa legaaaa bila dapat grounding.

Balik rumah, buat journing pasal emosi. Legaaaa jugak.

Buat juga breathwork.

Rasa badan jadi best, ringan dan fresh.

Syukur atas nikmat-Mu ya Allah.

Ketenangan itu semua benda free je tapi kita sendiri yang tentukan, sama ada nak tenang atau sebaliknya.

Jom kita jadi tenang dan bahagiaaaa <3
